Theme being no further conments on this matter, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion be made. <br /> MOTION:_ Ralph Shaw made a lotion to close pending <br /> verification of staking and receipt of the DEP number; which <br /> motion was seconded by George Green and so voted unanimously. <br /> O.B. #4 . violation Policy on seasonal docks. Mr. Sherman <br /> recommended a policy be adopted whereby persons who choose to <br /> build a seasonal dock file for it for its continued use, or if <br /> they choose not to use it in the future to impose a Fifty <br /> ($50 . 00) Dollar fine for having put in a dock wi thou t ermi t . <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a motion to approve the adoption of <br /> a Policy regarding seasonal docks which are put in illegally, if <br /> now out of the water in the off season and the owner has chosen <br /> to leave the dock out and not file with the Commission, a Fifty <br /> ($50 . 00) Dollar Fine be imposed for having broken the law; which <br /> motion was seconded. by George Green and so voted unanimously. <br /> O.B. #6. Filing status Shellfish Warden' s Aquacultural <br /> Activities. lir. Sherman reported that he has met with the <br /> Shellfish warden in this regard and has requested he establish <br /> some proof of history and permitting, approved by the Selectmen. <br /> There was some discussion regarding the Subcommittee/Policy. <br /> Mr. Sherman volunteered to make inquiries through the next MACC <br /> Newsletter regarding existing policies . <br /> 9 : 00 Joseph Tarabell i, Inc. , for a Determination of <br /> Applicability on an After-The-Fact request to permit a cement <br /> block planter with a 61 cedar fence in the middle of 220 wading <br /> Place Drive, Assessor' s map 112, Block -RDA. Forty [$40 . 001 <br /> Dollars in fees haying been paid. ) <br /> Mr. Sherman explained the planter itself is permissible a <br /> it is located within an A Zone. The only reason Applicant is <br /> before the Commission is because it was done without benefit of a <br /> permit, Nor.
