The Chairman inquired of the golf course easement. Mr. <br /> Michael Grotske responded a small corridor would remain so that <br /> people could walk through. <br /> Mr. Grotske further explained that he has chosen Several <br /> plantings which are indigenous and aggressively favor bird <br /> habitat. <br /> mr. Sherman Stated that Mr. Grotske has forwarded references <br /> to him and that he was unfamiliar with some of then. Mr. Sherman <br /> recommended the Commission issue pending a review of the list <br /> with Mario DiGregorio. Mr. Sherman also suggested Mr. Grotske <br /> provide the Commission with a letter from the owner of the parcel <br /> and easement granting permission for this work. <br /> Mr.. Grotske reported the easement restricts people from <br /> building structures or fences. <br /> with regard to vista pruning, Mr. Sherman explained the <br /> Commission has rade a determination to hold to the standards due <br /> to the advanced season, and would not be possible. <br /> References were being made to the plan with regard to <br /> requested areas of pruning. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the deadline for the planting would <br /> probably be May 15th. <br /> There being no further comments in this regard,- the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion be made. <br /> MOTION: George Green made a Motion to close pending a <br /> further on-site visit relati <br />
