He suggested the <br /> Selectmen co-sign said letter with a copy to Tom Cahir. <br /> MOTION-- Ralph Shaw made a lotion to approve the letter to <br /> DEP as requested by the Agent regarding the issue of beach <br /> nourishment default, to be co-signed by the Selectmen with a copy <br /> to Tom cahir; which motion was seconded by George Green and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> N.B. #2 . Request from Attorney Wightmah regarding Blythe <br /> dock. Mr. Sherman explained that Attorney Wightman is requesting i <br /> a second extension be issued, as this Matter is still in <br /> litigation. The Town bylaw specifically states one extension. <br /> mr.. Sherman recommended this matter be forwarded to Town Counsel <br /> for a determination. The Chairman and the Commissioners were in <br /> agreement. <br /> N.B. #3 . Besse bog, need for general cleanup. Mr. Sherman <br /> reported that he and Dave - Sharpe have driven by the ]jog and are <br /> in agreement that it is "a mess" . The Commission agreed a letter <br /> should be sent requesting the bog be cleaned up. <br /> T.B. The Commission has Stade a determination there are <br /> to be no extension requests for vista pruning. <br /> N.B. #5. violation, Nobs a load. Mr. Sherman recommended sending them a letter citing <br /> the violations, but agreeing to settle for a revegetation plan <br /> done under an Enforcement order by a qualified landscaper, <br /> investing the money into plants rather than litigation. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shag made a Motion ion to approve Mr.. herman' <br /> request to send a letter to the owner' s of said property <br /> recornending a revegetation plan be done under an Enforcement <br /> Order by a qualified landscaper; wh.ih lotion was seconded by <br /> George Green and so voted unanimously. <br /> N.B. #6 . water problems in the office. Mr. Sherman <br /> explained there is a serious water problem in their office. Mr. <br /> Sherman recommended the Board send a letter~ stating his health <br /> concerns/allergies and requesting the situation be remedied just <br /> s soon as possible. Mr. Sherman suggested he compos6 the letter <br /> for the Chairman to sign, to which the Board agreed. <br /> N.B. V. work load. Mr. Sherman reported that Dave Bailey, <br /> Assessors, has requested the Conservation Department tape over <br /> the abutters lists which can be done on the new computer system <br /> and which the Assessors will continue to verify.
