Mr. Sherman will meet with Mr. green and <br /> Mr. Shaw before the next meeting to go over the original plan.. He would like <br /> to do the work this summer. <br /> fir. Rosenberg stated all who participated are entitled to a vote of thank. <br /> M ers i /staff: A letter was sent to the Selectmen asking then to <br /> appoint Greg Wirsen to the vacancy created by Harry I esrosier's death. <br /> Bob Lopez is hoping to become more active. There is a vacancy for two <br /> associates. <br /> The Assistant Conservation Agent has resigned. For the fourth time, we will <br /> be looping for a replacement. <br /> Carib ; Mr. Sherman went out at high tide and it does touch both <br /> revetments, flans were based on a 6-8 year old surveys. He met with <br /> Rebecca Haney today who found some deficiencies. Michael McGrath has <br /> agreed to submit a revised plan to our standards. It is quite clear now they <br /> will have to file with SPA, <br /> Norman Mayes, representing Maushop Village, stated he will be submitting <br /> a letter to the Commission with concerns of what Mean High Water would Flo <br /> to the revetment. It requires an ENY They are also concerned that the <br /> Order of Conditions that Maushop is following could be jeopardized if those <br /> applicants do not nourish because Maushop is down-drift. He wished to go <br /> on record, on behalf of Maushop Village, as not opposing the reconstruction of <br /> the revetments but are asking the Commission to consider that there may be <br /> MEPA threshold that would trigger a Cape Cod Commission look that they <br /> feel is very important. Lastly, Maushop village would not allow access across <br /> the beaches that they have built and have managed. <br /> Mr. Green pointed out the statement was previously made that they would be <br /> going over the top of the bank or coring in with a barge, He stated even <br /> though the Commission was defeated on the beach nourishment issue before, <br /> he would like to put in a request that they do it. <br />
