16 April 1998 <br /> Page 2. <br /> IIs Grelish thought that was reasonable. <br /> Mr. DiGregorio stated they spoke with Sarah Bacon, DEP Water <br /> Management, and asked her to give them the latest monitoring criteria. <br /> That was sent with the revised plans, <br /> Mr. Green stated, on the driveway coning in, the problem is there is a 10' <br /> area going to the well, that could be tight for turning around. As there is <br /> already a disturbed area, he asked if they could make an area to turn <br /> around: Mr. Rich stated the only vehicle in there at some point i the future <br /> is when the motor and pump would have to be pulled off. There is no <br /> pumping station, the station is up near Turner Road. It 1s not too far to walk <br /> down there. It was agreed a turn-around, outside the 100', would be a good <br /> ea. <br /> Public comments; none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing subject to the final <br /> report from MET A, comments from Mass. Natural Heritage and <br /> if anything is substantive that the Commission feels needs <br /> changing, they will revert back to 310 CMR 10.05, 5B3 and <br /> readvertise, re-opera and discuss same. Unanimous Vote, <br /> CLOSED SUBJECT TO. <br /> Ms Greelish asked for a copy of the minutes to go with this. <br /> 7:25 GERALD SIC DMTT for a.
