16 April 1998 Page 3. 7:30 DAVID PING IN for construction of a coastal bank walkover structure and associated nourishment and revegetation on a coastal bank and coastal beach at 124 Shore Drive. Norman Bayes presented abutter notification receipts. This is an area ofbeach nourishment. There will be two benches on the structure for people to sit. The bottom section will be removable. The bank has maintained stab' 'ter over the past two years. Mr. Sherman asked if the ability to do nourishment and revegetation is necessary A condition can be added that if the conclusion is reached that it is necessary, plans will. be submitted and approved before it is done. Mr. Hayes agreed, Public comments: none. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of attestation of ownership, permit to access form, DEP number and with the condit- ion there wlll be plans submitted for approval in the event that any revegetation is proposed during the life of the order. Unanimous Vote. CLOSED PENDING. 7:40 MASHPEE HAI BOBI As ` I , 236 Wading Place load, continued from 2 April 1998. Norman Hayes presenting. He advised it has been agreed that they will put the platform on sono tubes and the trap neck will be removed. A sketch plan is to be provided. Greg Taylor and Perry Ellis need to wait until the new fiscal year because they may have to go outside to do this and will need funds. Mr. Sherman stated it could be conditioned that it be done by August I. Mr. Rosenberg asked if it would be proper for Mr. Bayes to give the Commission a letter of agreement and an order be issued on it. Mr. Mayes had no problem with this. Publiccomments: none. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of a sketch plan and on the condition that the sono tubes be placed, the armoring be removed and work be done by 15 August 1998. CLOSED PENDING.
