Mr. Sherman stated that is an internal problem with the Lake <br /> Management Committee. <br /> Mr. Wirsen asked if in the Horsley & Witten report there was an estimated <br /> time for drawdown of so many inches, if there wasn't any water entering the <br /> lake? Mr. Sherman stated they have a table of how many days it would take <br /> to drain so much water. They were remiss, and this was pointed out in the <br /> letter from Natural Heritage, in the scope of services drawn up it specifically <br /> mentioned impacts and rare species, they gave scant attention to it. <br /> 7:15 LAUREN MARINO for a Determination of Applicability on a request <br /> to add outside steps ' x 15' at 28 deep Place. llr.
