6 August 199$ <br /> Page 7. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there will be a restriction that boats using this facility <br /> be limited to a size such that the water line io depth of the propulsion unit <br /> will not exceed the depth of water at mean low water. Mr. O'Rourke stated <br /> that was not a problem. Mr. Sanicki stated water depth is 2.8. <br /> Mr. Green asked how this will be built.? It is a long way over the marsh. Mr. <br /> Sanicki stated they will mat over the marsh for the piling equipment and <br /> everything else will be done by hand with debris/cut-offs removed on a daily <br /> i <br /> basis, off-site, not to float in the water. This was in the Notice of Intent. If � <br /> any of the marsh is deteriorated or destroyed in the process, they will replant i <br /> in kind. � <br /> Mr. Sherman Mated there should be a restriction that the work be done in <br /> the winter when the marsh grass is dormant. Mr. Sanicki stated they would <br /> accept that restriction if imposed. <br /> It was noted Board of Appeals is pending with a date in October. I <br /> I <br /> Mr. Green asked if there were no utiiities intended? Jeremy Carter was present with Amy Ball. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised that Mr. Lynch is currently under a stop work order <br /> because the pool apron does not resemble what was permitted. He has had <br /> discussions with Amy that it was in order to get plans to reflect everything. <br /> An enforcement order was sent that work is stopped an the exterior of the <br /> property. <br /> Mr. Wirsen questioned the noise created by the generator. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated it is no more than what would be created by an air conditioner. He <br /> stated Mr. Lynch has been guilty of numerous departures from the plan. <br />
