John Slavm" sky was present with Mr. Blakeman. Mr. Green asked if there were any objections to his sitting on this hearing by Mr. Blakeman or the Commission. Where were none. Mr. Sherman stated both lots are very steep, leading to a kettlehole wetland. He referred to another lot with the same problems and suggested putting in a marine type retaun=ng wad. which would be the haybale line. He felt it makes i sense to require this. He suggested a continuance to allow fir. Blakeman to consider this and to gimme the Commission a sketchlan. Also, numbered flags are needed on both lots and reference points. Back taxes are owed. A work hmit of a retaining wall will be needed. Mr. Slavinsky stated they were trying to avoid walls. He agreed to change the plan for one with, a 50' buffer. He has tried to conform to zoning i requirements. Mr.-Sherman suggested b ging e'verything forward, mthe 50 foot buffer and put a wall at the o' n . it is a small, very steep, lot.
