Viglas asked of they could come back with a plan for tiebacks and <br /> vegetation? Mr. Sherman added they will have to show the area to be <br /> disturbed behind the wall and proposed vegetation plan. <br /> Mr. green said with the proposed "as needed', it means they are niai.ng a <br /> determination as to where stone is needed or not needed. <br /> Mr. Fitzsiommons asked if the erosion is that serious that it has to be done <br /> quickly? Mr. Sherman stated as soon as possible if they have proper plans <br /> and have a meeting to replace the vegetation that was cut. <br /> Mr. Brick advised his son-in-law cut an area 30' 12', <br /> Mr, Fitzsimmons asked if it would not be appropriate to have an after-the- <br /> fact Wig? Mr. Sherman asked why have an appheation for something that <br /> would never have been approved; it should be done by enforcement order. He <br /> suggested closing pending receipt of additional. information. He could meet <br /> at the site with them next week but will need a revised plan. <br /> Mr. Viglas will draw a section, of the wall being replaced showing where <br /> every deadman wi1 go and the vegetation there and what it will be replaced <br /> with. None. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to dose pending revised plan, a meeting <br /> with Mr. green and the Agent and a meeting with the landscaper <br /> to replace the area out wbich will be done under an Enforcement <br /> Order.
