Mr. Rose stated <br /> here is a platform at the edge of the water; they will put it on top. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated they may have to plant a few shrubs to compensate for that, <br /> The Chair asked if the Commission normally asks for an Ar orist's report? <br /> Mr. Sherman stated protocol will select the specific trees. Thinning is hmited <br /> to less than 20%. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated the only thing seasonal is the float. Mar. Rose stated it <br /> is the whole dock, it is notg <br /> oaten . <br /> Mr. Johansen asked for abutter notice receipts, Mr. Rose supplied photo <br /> F copies. The attestation of ownership to be provided. Mr. Rose wiR apply to <br /> Board of Appeals. <br /> Public comment: Mr. Albert Smith, an abutter, advised he had no opposition <br /> o the plans. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending DEP number, Board of <br /> Appeals, Attestation of Ownership and a pre-work on-site with the <br /> Agent. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 8:00 MICHAEL SCHOFIELDamend the Order o Conditions for 96-1 to <br /> permit an existing lawn area in the front of the home, after-the-fact, <br /> Proposed lawn the rear, additional landscape planting, and 20' x 20' shed <br /> at 243 Red Brook.Road. <br /> Public comment: none. <br />
