A site Calan was provided in response to <br /> a fax from Mr. Sherman re the river cont. Where was an overlay to show <br /> where it cones onto this property. The hmit of work is against this. Mr. <br /> Sherman was satisfied. <br /> Ms Frappier stated it is a four bedroom house. It was noted the <br /> advertisement was for three bedrooms. Mr. Sherman asked if the house is <br /> within the Commission'sjurisdiction? It was stated it is and he stated it <br /> would have to be readvertised. The Board of Health comments were that <br /> they had no plains. The lot was perked. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> Carol Moore, an abutter, stated she was in favor of the plans. <br /> Chris Madsen, an abutter, stated she had no problem with the four <br /> bedrooms, but the plan as drawn seems different than the site by 10 feet, as <br /> they walked the lot. They are concerned the back of the garage will be right <br /> out in front of their house. Ms Frappier showed the existing hones and the <br /> proposed. <br />
