Bob Hamilton presenting. They are seeking to <br /> reconstruct the revetment and seek approval of a revised plan with an <br /> improved design. The size and footprint is exactly the same. Eight property <br /> owners in a raw are looking to do the work together. The walls are failing. <br /> They have came before the Commission with a nourishment clause. Some <br /> have done it, some have not. There is a beach nourishment clause on their <br /> deeds. They have filed an ENF, not the scope of the ENR They are getting <br /> people together to move forward. There are two hurdles to solve and then it <br /> is hoped regional beach nourishment will came into fruition. They are <br /> asking that the sand for the access be credited to the nourishment. <br />
