Mr. Hayes advised in the exceptions to the boundaries to <br /> the Waquoit Bay ACEC, it specifically states that the culvert under <br /> Monomoscoy Road is exempt. He will fax over the information. Concerning <br /> the marsh to be disturbed, Mr, Hayes stated it may be 12 s.f.. There is a pipe <br /> going under the tiptop and to get thepipe out and remove the stones, a little <br /> might be removed and put right back. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked how much of the tiptop will have to be reset? About 14 <br /> lineal fest, maximum. He advised he received late this afternoon a letter <br /> from WBNERR who are not opposed to the project but haus some questions. <br /> He was not able to answer their questions. Mr. Wollenhaupt read the letter <br /> into the record. They requested the hearing not be closed this evening to <br /> allow them time to review the project. <br />
