Also, what impact <br /> would the culvert have on the salinity? <br /> Mr. Sherman advised they are asking for a two week continuance. <br /> Mr. Taylor, DPW Director, stated it is disappointing that they would wait <br /> until the 11th hour. They are replacing a pipe that has been there for 40 <br /> years in the same size. It would not have taken as long as it did to type that <br /> letter to answer most of the questions with one phone call. <br /> Mr. Sherman offered to start work on the Order of Conditions to have it <br /> ready once their concerns are answered. <br /> Mr. Hayes stated he will fax the page on the exemption tomorrow and will <br /> frame a brief response to WBNERR.
