In the interim a vernal pool was <br /> certified and there are very strict setbacks for vernal pools. It would <br /> preclude building on these two lots. He suggested the Commission might <br /> want to grant some latitude. There is a dearth of vegetation and perhaps <br /> more would be gained by allowing them to do plantings. There would have to <br /> be a revised plan pulling the house as far back as they can. This could be <br /> continued for a month, or indefinitely. <br />
