i` <br /> i <br /> ASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 4 March 1999 <br /> Commissioners present: Tad wollenhaupt, Chair Pro Tenn,John Johansen, George Green,Jr.,Ralph <br /> Shaw and Jaynes Conery. <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> 6:55 PUBLIC CONTENT PERIOD: No comment. <br /> 7:00 REGULATIONS HEARING: No hearing. <br /> 7:05 JAY NEEDE , 111 Amos Landing Place, continued from February 4, 1999. llrir. Sherman stated we <br /> asked to continue because the plan wasn't based on MGV1 . He isn't finished with the plan yet. There are <br /> some abnormalities between his plan and a plan that was previously done on an adjacent lot. He needs <br /> more time. Mr. Needel asked for a continuance. He was supposed to fax Mr. Sherman that in writing. <br /> Since Mr. I eedel is not here, we need to vote to continue to March 18, 1999 at 7:20. If we do not get that <br /> in writing by Monday, we should deny them for lack of proper plan. <br /> The Chair called for public comment;there was none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue to March 18, 1999 at 7:20. If a continuance in writing is <br /> not received by Monlay, it should be denied for lack of a proper plan. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED To MARCH 18,1999. <br /> 7:I0 JOHN J. REARDN, 10 wading Place, continued from February 4, 1999. Mr. Sherman pointed <br /> out that the legal advertisement for the Regulations Hearing that would have been necessary to accomplish <br /> this did not get inn. It will be in for the next hearing. Michael Grotske is his representative and he has been <br /> given the proposed language. Mr. Sherman stated there was not more to do on it at this point and h <br /> suggested it be continued for two weeks, <br /> The Chair called for public comment;there was noire. <br /> MOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue at the request of the applicant to March 18, 1999 at 7:40. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED TO MARCH 1891999. <br /> 7:15 JOHN J. REARDON, 24 Daniels Island Road, continued from February 4, 1999. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated it was the same situation as in the previous hearing. He recommended that it be continued for two <br /> weeks. <br /> The Chair called for public comment;there was none. <br /> VOTE-. Motion niade and seconded to continue at the request of the applicant to March 18,.1999 at 7:45. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED TO MARCH 18, 1999. <br /> 7:20 DAA LUPO to construct a dock, walkway and float with a request for maintenance in perpetuity at <br /> 65 River Road. Michael Grotzke presenting. <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated they are proposing to construct a dock for a residence that has a property on Mashpee <br /> River as far away as they could from the adjacent dock within the property line. The water is not very deep <br /> 1 <br />
