Mr. Sherman stated he hasn't had a chance to verify the wetland line. Mr. Sherman said they have never <br /> set a precedence of going less than 35'. Mr. Saniel l mentioned that they are filed with the Board of <br /> Appeals for a variance setback for the street. That is still pending. <br /> Mr. Sherman said all practical experience tells us he will never keep that 3 5'because people will always <br /> want access for maintenance around the front of the hese.
