Unanimous Vote. <br /> Agent/comments: Mr. Sherman advised there are a lot of things going by <br /> the boards because he is so busy and does not have the time to address them. <br /> He wanted the Commission to be aware in the event of complaints. <br /> CCA: Tad wollenhaupt advised there was a 3 - 5 year study. He dies not see <br /> any problem in recommending pressure treated wood. <br /> Quashnet Bog Remediation: A memo from Diane Boretos was reviewed. <br /> Another 20,000 s.f has been cut including two large oak trees that shade the <br /> brook. They Have admitted responsibility. <br /> Wood: A large pile of hardwood that was cut is beginning to be a real <br /> problem. Mr. Sherman advised he had an altercation with five individuals <br /> who were taking wood. It has been agreed togive the wood to the Tribal <br /> Council for $1. He called several wood companies, none were interested. <br /> Mr. Green thanked the Commission on behalf of the Tribal Council. They <br /> plan to put the wood out through the Fuel Assistance Program to needy <br /> families that qualify. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the transporting of woodto <br /> the Tribal Council. unanimous vote. <br />
