He is requesting that the applicant withdraw the application. <br /> The Chair stated unless the applicant indicates a withdrawal of the plan, the <br /> Commission is required to act on it. <br /> Mr. Bates asked, should the Commission approve the plan and the <br /> Commonwealth or the Town go ahead and increase the scope of parking on <br /> the lot as indicated on the revised plan, what is the notification for the <br /> abutters' The Chair stated it is none, there is no legal requirement. <br /> 1lr. Cameron stated the Commission is in a position to approve the parking <br /> spaces which isn't a concern for him. what is more of a concern is having a <br /> agreement and working relationship with Popponesset Beach Association in <br /> solving some of the problems that are down there. <br /> The Chair stated that is between Fish & wildlife and the Association. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION WITH REMOVAL of THE DRAIN. <br />
