He advised there was a meeting with <br /> the Agent at the site. <br /> Mr. Green asked how the cable would be put through the road. Mr. 1 laillot <br /> described the process and advised they are proposing a siltation barrier at <br /> the entry point for the cable. Mr. Green asked if they will close off access to <br /> the road? Mr. l laillot advised this has been worked out with. the State, on <br /> the south side, there is an existing siltation fence in disrepair that they will <br /> cut off at grade and remove. <br />
