Mr. Hanson was present. <br /> John Johansen stepped down for this hearing. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised it is a removable dock with a wooden frame. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons questioned the spacing of the planks. Mr. Sherman stated <br /> it is not a concern in fresh water. <br /> Publiccomment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to dose pending Board of Appeals and <br /> DEP number. They put in glass sliders and need some sort of elevated structure <br /> on the east side of the house. It is a flat lawn area in front of the house. A planting plan requires square foot by square foot coverage <br /> for even square foot of deck coverage with indigenous shrubs. <br />
