22 April 1999 <br /> Page 15. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to allow this to proceed. Unanimous <br /> Vote. <br /> Plans--ll. 'r.v. : Mr. Sherman advised there is a house being built at <br /> Wading Place that falls within 100 feet. A plan from Cape & Islands says <br /> there is no wetland within 100 feet. He suggested reiterating the policy that <br /> on flood maps 7, 8 and 9, all areas south of Asher's Path and Rt. 28 on-Panel <br /> and within 00' of the -Quashnet River or Soo' of lied Brook on panel 6, . <br /> must be N.G.v.l . A letter will be sent to the consultants. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that the policy be accepted as written. <br /> Cranberry Subcommittee: Meeting to be scheduled re Mandy extension <br /> and future plans. <br /> Vista Pruning: The Agent suggested where there is a Certificate of <br /> Compliance request for vista pruning, if they have had a violation, the <br /> Commission should not give maintenance in perpetuity. <br /> VOTE; Motion made and seconded that if an applicant has had a violation, <br /> maintenance in perpetuity should not be granted and they should <br /> cone back after three years and file. Unanimous vote. <br /> wrri : R+evegetation has been completed as of today. <br /> Float area: The Agent recommended maintain previous policy for floats to <br /> e no larger than Zoo square feet. Two requests are in from dol violators <br /> for larger. They should be told they have the ri.ght to file but the <br /> Commission's policy would be to deny. <br /> The Chair referred to the filing for Harbor Ridge and the proposed large dock, <br /> he stated it might have been better to allow the community dock. <br /> Willon : The Agent advised there is an upcoming filing for a conversion <br /> of an abandoned cranberry bog to pond. He suggested the Commission <br /> carefully review the sections of regulations on freshwater wetlands and <br /> agricultural conversions. <br /> Wequaquet Lake: A Protection Association will be holding a meeting on to <br /> Ileal with getting rid of fan wort, an invasive weed, and issues with herring <br /> runs and water levels on 24 April at 10:00 a .m. <br />
