Mr. Sherman advised he has worked with Mr. Szymoniak re the trees lost and they have a plan that instead of regrading the slope and going in to rev t it, with the revised plan done with a revetment, the area highlighted in orange is the amount of trees that will be saved which is considerable. The final slope will be 1 - 1. They also will cut of the re-injection trench, instead of going all the way around, it will stop at the recommendation of bill Fisher instead of going into wet areas. Two bubblers will be put in at the end. The revised K1p lan was reviewed. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the plan. Unanimous vote. Mr. Sherman handed out what is an access issue and security issue. It is where Mr. Szymoniak would like to see swing gates or ' boulders. Mr. Sherman stated the subcommittee will have to study this. A decision was not expected tonight. Mr. Green advised, with boulders, the Fire Department would reed to be involved. They meed access.
