May 1999 <br /> Rage 2. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to hold a special meeting next Thursday <br /> at 7;00 p.m. for discussions of options for the dredge spoils of the <br /> 1 lashpee River. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Andrade were present. Mr. Sherman stated they have a <br /> violation on their property but Have been very 000perati'e. They were <br /> unaware that the Commission had jurisdiction. The house was built under <br /> an RDA because it was' some distance from a small wetland and not recorded <br /> on any deed. A lawn was put in. A lawn can be 10% but the area currently <br /> lawn is 0% and in violation. one of the problems is that the Commission <br /> will be in litigation for the same thing. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this is something the Commission will have to take <br /> under consideration. There are some options he can discuss farther with the <br /> Andra es. Mrs. Andrade stated they would like. to keep the lawn that is <br /> there and no add to it. <br /> Mr. Andrade stated the lawn is not as large as is shown. Mrs. Andrade <br /> stated it would look ridiculous to take out most ofthe lawn. Mr. Sherman <br /> had-no easy answers. He advised Mr. Andrade will be coming in soon with a <br /> filing to do some filling which is not in the wetland and is permissible. <br /> Mr. Shave asked if they could make the lave part ofthe filing for the filling` <br /> Is there any mitigation that can be allowed? <br /> Mr. Johansen asked what kind of lawn was planted: Mr. Sherman has not <br /> been able to find out if the grass seed is acceptable. <br /> Mir. vollenhaupt suggested talking about this later and corning up with a <br /> subcommittee. He volunteered. Mr. Wirsen stated he would attend also. <br /> Mr. Andrade asked for the list of shrubs the Agent wants him to put in` Mr. <br /> Sherman provided same. <br /> 7:05 PETER MIC AR soN to construct a dwelling, clerk, septic system, <br /> roof drains, gravel drive, utilities and maintenance of same at 18 Road Drive. <br /> Joe Harvey provided abutter notification receipts. There is a 30 foot grade change. septic <br /> proposed is less than 100' from the BVW. Board ofHealth gage approval last <br /> night for the system incorporating a Microfast denitrifying unit.
