Mr. Grotzke did net shover buffer <br /> but can create it in another l atin. Mr. Sherman suggested going there one <br /> more time to decide on top ofbark and get the ' buffer on that side. Mr. <br /> Grotzke agreed. <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated there is no intent to remove trees. There is one that may <br /> be a problem.. They. are going to clear out brush for ears to park. They d <br /> not want to pave it. They will revegetate the area where wars have driven up <br /> to the coastal bank. This can be conditioned. He will redefine the coastal <br /> bank on the north side and show the 3 ' buffer as Mr. Sherman suggested. <br /> Item 6 is the security gates. Mr. Sherman asked if they were going to remove <br /> the paved road? Mr. Gr t ke stated yes, to a certain point and they will <br /> revegetate eventually. There are three security gates closed at midnight. <br /> He asked for an opinion on doing the deck expansion and pergolas and asked <br /> o close pending the issue of the slab. The Commission can condition no work <br /> starting until revised plan received but Mr. Sherman was unsure homer the <br /> Order could be written on the slab. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission could vote to let him do the pergolas <br /> and deck and continue for two creeks to resolve the other matters. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion to allover the decks and pergolas to proceed and to strait for <br /> a revised plan for the oastal walkover structure and on the north <br /> side the top of bank and 3 ' setback and rvegetatin necessary and <br /> a note on a revised plan shoring the number of trees that can be <br /> reproved in the area of parking, not to exceed three or four.
