3 Jure 1999 <br /> Rage 11. <br /> 5:15 COLONIAL GAS COMPANY to install a plastic pipe natural gas <br /> service to an existing dwelling at 3991 Ionomoscoy Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is a veryflat area and the pipe is going down a <br /> driveway. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion wade and seconded to find negative. Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> Brooks: Mr. Sherman advised he has been talking with Arlene Wilson and <br /> they have coxae up with an acceptable plan with one minor change to remove <br /> the multiflora rose as it is on the "not recommended" list. They may not have <br /> to do all of this planting because there is some areas where popper bush has <br /> grown. The numbers are ample and the plant types are acceptable. There <br /> are a few sections in the agreement he had asked her to change to <br /> acknowledge that new paths and beach restoration will have to be done with <br /> another filing. This agreement is only to resolve the violation. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if there will be revegetation in the first o' and not the <br /> second; Mr. Sherman stated it was , not necessary in the second. Mr. <br /> Rosenberg stated the only thing he does not see in there is about continuing <br /> supervision. Mr. Sherman pointed out to Mr. Brooks that the plantings will <br /> not prosper without oversight. He will meet with whomever is going to do <br /> the work. <br /> Ms Wilson stated the intent was for her to make recommendations for <br /> landscape contractors for Mr. Brooks. she will be supervising the <br /> landscaping. <br /> It was agreed there will be a letter of agreement at the end of the project. <br /> Both parties would want this. <br /> The Agreement was signed and Ms Wilson will have it notarized. <br /> Nuinbered flags: Mr. Sherman asked the Commission to adopt as policy <br /> that if staking is not done according to submittal requirements, including <br />
