r <br /> 3 Tune 1999 <br /> Rage 13. <br /> Concerning the state of compliance, they are not doing what was asked of <br /> them. .At times there is no one there in control. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg recommended that these items be detailed in a letter to the <br /> Selectmen. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested a meeting with Mr. whritenour and the <br /> subcommittee. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg pointed out the Commission is not even party to the <br /> agreements. He suggested a letter to the selectmen that since it is <br /> constant problem, a member of the Board of selectmen be appointed liaison <br /> to the Commission. <br /> Mr. Sherman will draft a letter to present to the Commission at the next <br /> meeting. <br /> There will be a public hearing on the proposed gates at the next meeting.. <br /> Mr. Johansen stated there should be gates at the Garner Bog also. <br /> T l ni n: The Cape Cod Commission is holding a hearing on the 17th for <br /> the Talanian project proposed across from the Commons. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated this is out of the Commission's jurisdiction. <br /> National Wildlife Refuge: Friends of the Refuge are holding an evert on <br /> 12 June. The Agent asked if anyone would like to volunteer to man the <br /> table? The Assistant Agent will get materials ready. Mr. Green and Mr. <br /> wollenhupt volunteered. <br /> Election of officers; Deferred.. <br /> Indian Museum: Project is moving forward. It has been difficult getting <br /> contractors. <br /> Sunset Circle: Leonard Collins has offered a lot of land to the Commission. <br /> It is not buildable. It is wildlife habitat but could be a headache as people <br /> dump brush there. The Agent suggested Commissioners take a look at it. <br /> Water District: The water District has issued an invitation to the <br /> Commission on 16 June at 3:00 p.m. at the Turner Road well for the <br />
