Page 5. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 17 June 1999 <br /> at '7:10 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED, <br /> 7:20 MARY . BELAY TR. For a Determination of Applicability on <br /> proposal to enclose an existing 1 ' x ' deck and add a partial foundation and <br /> to construct a 13' x 10' greenhouse on a foundation at 12 Popponesset Island <br /> Road. George Benway presenting. There are no trees or vegetated ground <br /> cover. There will be grater run to the greenhouse and some sort of heat. <br /> The Assistant Agent recommends approval. Mr. Benway added to the request <br /> that all excavated material will be taken off site. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: lotion made and seconded to find negative pending Attestation of <br /> Ownership. Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING. <br /> 7:25 SANDRA SWAT TZ for a Determination of Applicability on proposed <br /> replacement of ars existing deck in the same footprint with new sono tubes at <br /> Capstan Circle. Mr. Sherman recommended negative. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to final negative. Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION, <br /> 7:30 MAROTTA CONSTRUCTION for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> proposed construction of a wood deck and dwelling within the 100' buffer to <br /> coastal bank and RVW at 15 ockwa r Ray Road. Joe Harvey presenting. <br /> This property is serviced by Town Water. A soil absorption system i <br /> proposed. It is 99' to the RVW for the deck. <br /> Mr. Wollenhaupt suggested no grass in the back,, just to remain natural. Mr. <br /> Harvey stated that was no problem. <br /> Mr. Rosenb erg asked if the drive was over the septic? Mr. Harvey stated it <br /> only catches a corner but if it was they would only have to vent it. <br />
