He <br /> t <br /> offered to withdraw the aspect of the drainage, <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they could amend it for the vegetation but would have to <br /> do another amendment for the drainage, Mr. Creeden stated that would be <br /> acceptable. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to allow the amendment insofar as it <br /> concerns revegetation and placement of landscape timber and the <br /> removal of trees. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Mr. Creeden withdrew the aspect of the drainage. It will be clone under <br /> either an amended order on this property or an easement on the other. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED CONDITIONALLY, <br />
