There is no <br /> proposal before the Commission to relocate 1 lonomoscoy west. Mr. Cranfield <br /> asked if the leaching will be within 10' ofthat? Mr. Sanicki stated yes, it will <br /> be within 10' of that. The leaching field and the septic system is the <br /> jurisdiction of the Board of Health and this has been approved ed by them with <br /> the design and added circumstances for normal septic systems, Title V. They <br /> are adding a denitrifying unit and an Ultra-Violet system. Conservation <br /> accepts the approval of the Board of Health. <br /> Mr. Johansen asked if someone had said the northeast storm would affect <br /> this? It is sort of protected, this is on the east side. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated northeast would be offshore. The trouble with that <br /> northeast stoma was high water for four days. <br /> The Chair called for final comments; there were none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing pending Board of <br /> Appeals decision. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 8:25 RICK E, BROOKS, 95 Pickerel Cove Road, continued from 17 June <br /> 1999. Mr. Sherman advised Arlene Wilson called this afternoon and <br /> requested a two week continuance. <br /> Atty. Jeremy Carter advised his clients have concerns about the project. He <br /> will address then now or come back in two weeks. They do not have any <br /> objection if the fence goes along the easement and stops at the high water <br /> mark. However, they plan to transgress to Mean Low water. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated comments should relate to the performance standards of <br /> the wetlands Act. <br /> Public comment: none. <br />
