1 July 1999 <br /> Page 2. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they would do compensatory plantings? The Architect <br /> provided plans. They are proposing Rosa Rugosa and native grass mix. Mr. <br /> Sherman stated it can be conditioned to have a revised plan for species. Rosa <br /> R,ugosa can be invasive. He asked for three species and the Architect agreed. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending vegetation plan <br /> approved by the Agent prior to the start of work. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7:20 FRED GLASS to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-1788 to <br /> increase the size of the house at 133 Fide Run. John slavinsky presenting. <br /> They had a plan submitted but the building department advised they needed <br /> a variance. They went to Board of Appeals who had problems with it so they <br /> decided to withdraw the request for the variance. Mr. and Mrs. Glass met <br /> with Diane Boretos on site. They were 3' back from the wetland line. They <br /> are looking to see if they can go to 9' because they are giving up 7' in front. <br /> Ms Boretos said it seemed okay to her. Mr. Sherman did not agree with her. <br /> The work limit is going into the o' buffer; it is up to the house. <br /> Mr. sl vinsky agreed to withdraw the application. <br /> Public comment: Susanna Lannik and Mark Gorstein, abutters, stated they <br /> agreed with Mr. Sherman's statements. Ms Lannik stated if they go beyond <br /> on <br /> the 50-' buffer, they will need 2 - ' for the construction. <br /> 0 <br /> The Chair stated it is not going forward as presented. IVIS Lannik stated <br /> these people are going to come in again. They could not get satisfaction by <br /> the Board of Appeals so they will try to push the Conservation Commission. <br /> Mr. slavinsky stated the initial plan. was 23' from the street. Ms Lannik <br /> stated they had a very large garage/work shop area The bottom lune is that <br /> they keep trying to expand this house. If this comes up again, she will be <br /> here again. Mr. sla insky stated they already have an order of Conditions. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request of <br /> the applicant to 15 July 1999 at s:oo p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br />
