The number <br /> f bedrooms is not changing; this was added to the Request. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded t find negative. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 1:30 PAUL F. RYAN, TR, ELIZABETH ISLAND REALTY TRUST, for <br /> Determination of Applicability on the addition of a second floor, removal of <br /> one bedroom first floor, new bedroom and study with bath addition second <br /> floor and increase of kitchen space at 37 Elizabeth Island Road. Mr. Ryan <br /> was present. _Mr. Sherman stated it is a land-locked lot. There is n <br /> additional bedrooms, it is three and will remain three. This was added to the <br /> request. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:35 ANDREW J. LIPNOSKY to permit a proposed 3' " x 24' dock on Johns <br /> Pond at 123 James Circle. John Johansen stepped down for this hearing. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the clock is in an area of less vegetation than others. <br /> The exact location will be fine-tuned to minimize the number of plants to b <br /> removed. There will be anon-site. The Harbormaster had no problem with <br /> this. <br /> Publiccomment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending board of Appeals and <br /> a condition that anon-site be held for compensatory vegetation. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br />
