Steve Doyle was present with Mr. Trotto. Mr. Doyle advised the <br /> property is presently under a two bedroom restriction. He has gone over this <br /> with plias McQuaid who approved this system. The only disturbed area i <br /> where the Fast will be installed. There will be a change in the roof line and <br /> no exterior changes other than that. Mr. Sherman stated four bedrooms will <br /> be better than the two with. denitrification. He will have to verify the <br /> number of bedrooms when clone. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> ATION. <br /> 7:45 LAUREN MARINO for a Determination of Applicability on removal of <br /> existing fence on right property lime to back lot line; addition of fence to left <br /> and right property lime and o' back from the road on left lot lime to corner of <br /> dwelling at 24 Jeep Place. Ms Marino was present. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> A number of people who had been waiting in the hallway advised' they had <br /> been waiting for the Lipnosky hearing to be called. Mr. Sherman suggested <br /> re-opening the hearing. <br /> 7:50 LAUREN MARINO for a Determination of Applicability on the <br /> installation of a shrub fence at the top of bank facing Nantucket sound and a <br /> move of existing fence from side property lime to back lot lime at 28 deep <br /> Place. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative.
