1 July 1999
Rage 5.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to re-open the Lipnosky hearing s the
Commission erred in decorum if not in lay. Unanimous Note.
7:35 ANDREW J. LI NOSKY: Mr. Lipnosky was present and stated he is
proposing a 24' dock at the end of the property on Johns Pond. It would.
enhance the backyard and provide for a row boat.
The Chair advised Mr. Lipnosky has fulfilled the requirements of the lay.
Public comment: Anne Narr, representing the Johns Road Association stated
if one person is allowed to build a dock there, others will follow. she
expressed concern about the channel that is closing from the main pond to
the back pond.
Mr. Sherman stated if anyone else wants a dock and applies and meets
performance standards
7:55 MARK SULLIVAN for a single family home with septic system,
landscape area and driveway at 208 Rock Landing Road. Michael Grot ke
presenting.
Mr. Sherman stated the project could not go forward as he did not go out to
do a site visit because he did not see flags on the plan. He would have to
verify flags and staking and that the corners are marked.
Mr. Grot ke stated there is an issue whether the lot is buildable. Mr.
Sherman stated the Commission could not make that declaration, only from
the wetland point of view. If the wetland lime is accurate and the Commission
gets the o' setback, he does not see any red flags.
Mr. Johanson stated the owner is different from the applicant. Mr. tarot ke
advised the property is in the process of being purchased. Mr., Sherman
stated a letter would be required from the listed owner but that is not a
problem to the filing. Numbered wetland flags are needed in the field and
the corners staked.
Mr. Grotzke stated the wetland flags are conservative. He stated he gill not
be able to get a letter form the building department that the lot is buildable.
Mr. Sherman will do the on-site on Tuesday morning.
Public comment: none.
