Last week they went to the board of <br /> Appeals and that was continued because of not hearing from-Conservation <br /> that it was acceptable to them. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he had an issue with compensatory vegetation. <br /> Mr. Grotzl e stated this was only continued because of abutter notification. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VO'T'E: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request <br /> of the applicant to 15 July 1999 at 8:05 p.m. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 5:20 PERRY ELLIS to construct a single family residence, deck, Title V <br /> septic with Micro-fast treatment system and pervious- driveway at 23 <br /> Monomoscoy Road West. A hearing was previously scheduled for 17 June <br /> 1999 and was rescheduled due to an error in abutter notice. It was <br /> readvertised and the abutters renotified. Mr. Ellis stepped down for this <br /> hearing. lave Saniehi presented. It is a very sensitive, small, lot. The <br /> Board of Health approved the septic as shown but asked for the addition of <br /> an ultra-violet system. A board of Appear hearing is scheduled on 14 July <br /> for a side-line variances and street set-backs. A 35" buffer inland of the salt <br /> marsh is to remain in its natural state. It is a tight situation for usability of <br /> the lot left. They are using every square inch allowable in giving the <br /> Commission the 3 ' buffer strip. <br />
