Unanimous vote. <br /> New Business: <br /> Concerning the question re floating ramps,Mr. Sherman asked,where do we stand legally. Diane saver it <br /> last week and Diana understood from Jonathan at Kittle River that they had moved it to the side and they <br /> had no problem taking it out and moving it elsewhere. Mr. Sherman advised we had a legal opinion from <br /> Town Counsel some time ago that the ramp and float itself are not under our jurisdiction if it's a 1 OA float. <br /> However,the connection of the ramp to the land is a structure or alters the land on the bank and is, <br /> therefore,under our jurisdiction. Two have gone through us that way. This one did not. According to <br /> Rick York the ramp is still in plaice. He will call Jonathan Burtis tomorrow at Little River Boatyard to <br /> make sure it is removed.
