ITT: there was no public comment. <br /> Old Business: 1 Mir. Sherman noted that at the last meeting he was asked to write a letter to property <br /> owner Mr.Feigenbaum regarding removal ofa ramp attached to a 1 OA float at Jehu Pond. The letter has <br /> not been written yet because Mr. Sherman is attempting to track the past history of the property which had <br /> some contraindications of what is permitted. The ramp has not been removed as of this date. Little River <br /> Boat Yard is aware that Mr.Feigenbaum will be receiving a letter from the Conservation Commission on <br /> this issue. <br /> . ates atcce s restriction at Quashnet Bogs: Mr. Sherman met with the Deputy Police Chief and <br /> representatives from Jacobs on their plan for gates and access restrictions to the bogs. Mr. Sherman applauded the Kreuters for corning <br /> forward and seeking a permit,since many other homeowners do not under similar circumstances when <br /> adding bedrooms. Unanimousote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> Return to Old Business: 2 Coordination of permitting under Ch. 172 w.Board Of Appeals permits: We <br /> have an official notice from the Zoning Board of Appeals as to how we should meld our permitting process <br /> with theirs. when a Board of Appeals permit is necessary,under the Act a property owner only has to <br /> apply for a Board of Appeals permit. Under the By-law a property owner must actually obtain the permit. <br /> ti There is,therefore, a time period lag. Mr.Rosenberg has suggested that one solution is to have the <br /> property owner obtain a permit from the Board of Appeals before they can apply to the Conservation <br /> Conurnission. Gooni has stated to her that the Board of Appeals does not want to <br /> issue permits without prior approvals from.the Conservation Commission because they cannot take back <br /> .5 <br /> i <br />
