Michael Grotzke. Mr. Sherman asked if there <br /> was a revised plan? Mr.Grotzke would like to continue to the next hearing. Bob Sherman stated, once <br /> again,the regulations have changed. Normally for new applications we require a 50 ft. setback from the <br /> resource area. we will go down to as love as 35 feet when there is no alternative or when the applicant has <br /> satisfied the burden of proof that there is no significant wildlife habitat. Then, on a case by case basis, we <br /> make a judgment call as to whether or not we get adequate mitigation. Additionally,we must address the <br /> Board of Health issues. If any work is within 100 ft. of a resource area it must be shown.
