Jeremy Carter. <br /> There was concern with access out to the dock. They staked out a pathway <br /> here they propose to put in bluetone and flagstone to confine the pathway <br /> and staying out ofthe dune as much as possible. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked about the other old pathway? Ms ball stated they <br /> discovered they do not need the other access so they are proposing to <br /> revegetate. The revegetation plan is new with additional plantings colored. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the filing did get involved with the access path and they <br /> do not have Board of Appeals yet. Perry Ellis will not comment because it <br /> was not staked but will do so at ZA. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending approval by Board of <br /> Appeals. Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 8:10 DONALD LAFFERT, 146 Sumrnersea Road, continued. from 12 <br /> August 1999. Dave Sanicki presenting. He met with the Agent. A section of <br /> stone wall to be changed to pour concrete wall. It is moved inland, closer t <br /> the driveway. They are showing an area of enhanced planting. The house <br /> will be ]wilt up to cone in at the first floor. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked why not concrete all the way? Mr. Sanicki stated it is ' <br /> high. Mr. Sherman asked how far from the footprint will be disturbed? At <br /> the highest, -it will be 4-1/2 feet. Mr. Sherman asked hove far from the <br /> footprint to get the toe stones in` 1r. Sanicki stated if 3' at the base, it will <br /> be another foot. Mr. Sherman stated this can be solved by expanding <br /> enhanced planting to the entire wall. There are lure spots that should have <br /> compensatory plants. This can be fine-tuned at a site visit. Mr. L f ert <br /> agreed. Mr. Sherman agreed they have clone all they can to mitigate <br /> impacts. It is a denitrifying system. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing.
