20 August 1999 Page 1 . Janes Foley stated the existing pathway' being closed handles some traffic and it is being said the restoration of that dune will be beneficial. More foot traffic will be seat to the other path, as well as motor vehicle access. H asked if this Commission is concerned with motor vehicle access that cornus through there and will be channeled through smaller openings. A reason for closing this path was to restrict motor vehicle access to the beach. He does not believe there has been that access on that path and has brought through another spot on that dune that has suffered more. The Chair suggested they call the police if they see a rotor vehicle. VO'T'E: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 23 September 1999 at 7:40 p.m. at the request of the applicant.
