Atty. Dan <br /> Creeden was present and advised they had an order of Conditions for ars <br /> addition but upon inspection by the Building Inspector the foundation failed. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if it was no further forward than the original design and <br /> if there was no increaa in bedrooms? Atty. Creeden stated yes. Mr. <br /> Sherman asked if they were going to Board of Appeals for the demolition? <br /> They are. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTES Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment conditional <br /> upon receipt of Board of Appeals and Board of Health approval. <br /> Unanimous Note. <br /> ACCEP'T'ANCE PENDING. <br /> 7:20 JOSEPH AR+ABELLI to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43- <br /> 1751 to remove an existing drainage pipe and to install a new leaching <br /> drainage system at 136 Fells Pond Road. Atty. Creeden was asked by the <br /> Chair if there was any objection to his sitting as he is a member of the Fells <br /> Pond Committee`MMr. Creeden stated he had none. The plan proposed is <br /> dated 2 .August 1999. Instead of following the easement, the drainage runs <br /> along side of the house down to Fells Pond. They aro proposing to remove it <br /> and put a drain from the road with two connected leach pits; this would be a <br /> great improvement. 'he system will cost $10,000. Mr. Marchetti is taking <br /> on the additional cost that will benefit many of the abutters. They withdrew <br /> to get a plan together. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons would want assurances that it is designed to handle that <br /> amount of water. He was told calcs per square foot were 1.3. <br /> Ms Boretos stated there could be some more information as to how they <br /> arrived at their figures. <br /> Mr. Green stated their Bales look adequate. <br /> Public comment: An abutter advised the easement rums 'on his property. <br />
