26 August 1399
Page 3.
VOTE: Motion remade and seconded to make a positive determination unless
within five days the applicant agrees to a continuance to
September 1399 at 8:40 p.m. Unanimous Note.
HEARING CONTINUED.
+7:10 CHARLES PETERSEN for proposed additions to a dwelling and deck
at 223 Hooppole Road.d. Mr. Petersen was present with Charles Theis. John
Johansen stepped don for this hearing.
Ms Boretos stated they are looking to put on an addition and deck that is
approximately 2o' to the BVW. She asked there to push back the addition.
Mr. Petersen stated that would be a problem as there is a bathroom between
the structures. Ms Boretos proposed mitigation planting in lieu of shifting
back the addition. This was agreed; The area would'be ' wide by 15' long.
Mr. Green asked why this could not be moved back? Mr. Petersen advised
plumbing in the existing structure would have to be rebuilt. They would have
to move the bathroom and kitchen because of the -say they sit in the existing
house. They would not be able to get into the new house. It would be very
costly.
Mr. Sherman asked if there was no net loss? Ms Boretos stated yes.
Mr. Rosenberg asked if there is an increase in bedrooms? There is. Mr.
Sherman stated even though the system could accommodate the increase, the
Commission. has a policy on nitrogen loading. He suggested Ontinuing to
allow further discussion.
Mr. Fitzsimmons requested an architectural pian. It is being worked on.
Mr. Theis advised they are scheduled with Board of Appeals in September.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request
of the applicant to 23 September 1999 at 7:25 p.m.
Unanimous Vote.
HEARING CONTINUED.
