Mr. Berkovich was present with his contractor. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the project, in terns of footprint, all work would take <br /> place in areas already altered. There is no problem with runoff. He asked i <br /> the house will remain three bedrooms` The Contractor stated yes. Mr. <br /> Sherman advised there will be an inspection when completed. This was <br /> agreed. <br /> f <br /> Motion made and seconded to find negative with the added language <br /> that there will be an inspection for the number of bedrooms. <br /> The only impact would be a set of deck stairs, not on the water side. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if they were adding a second floor? They are, above the <br /> area of the existing deck. Mr. Rosenberg stated there are four bedrooms on <br /> the plan. It was stated they are not adding bedroom space. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Assessors records show a three bedroom. He will <br /> verify if another bedroom was added other than what the Assessors show. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated the Commission cannot approve this. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he will have to verify the bedrooms, it is not illegal if <br /> they added a bedroom. There is no law or statute that precludes a person <br /> from adding a bedroom. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if they did not have to have a building permit' Mr. <br /> Sherman stated no, but Board of Health states it is limited to three <br /> bedrooms. Mr. Berkovich advised they have signed off <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons stated they are adding a lot offloor space. He does no <br /> think it is four bedrooms now. <br /> Mr. Green asked if there is a second floor on the house now? 'There is <br /> currently two levels. <br /> Public comment: none. <br />
