23 September 1999
Page 1 .
HEARING CONTINUED.
9:10 TOM CL ARY for proposed minor additions to an existing dwelling;
proposed resource area rehabilitation; and proposed septic upgrade to a Fast
system at 4 wheelhouse Lane. Michael Grotzke presenting.
Mr. Sherman advised he could not meet with Chris Ding and asked if the
Commission would want to give hire the authority to meet with ,hirn and
make a determination. The exact area is corning a bit forward but the area i
not naturally vegetated anyway. There are trees with nothing underneath,
only bark mulch. They are going to a Fast system.
Publiccomment: none.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending Board of Health
approval and approved plan after fine-tuning by the Agent
with Chris Hing. Unanimous Note.
CLOSED PENDING.
9:15 AUNT ACT 'S ROAD, confirmation of a resource area delineation of
1,680.3 ft. of Bordering vegetated Wetlands at Aunt Jane's Road. Michael
Grotzke presenting.
Mr. Sherman stated he was not able to do the delineation for several reasons.
The application is not to build, only to accept the resource delineation. It
does not address the inland bank issue. He has discussed with Michael
Grotke and Chris King that top of bank, where bank exceeds a 1 - 4 slope, he
could not mare-a determination on that. He walked Zoo' of it and the briars
are thick. It will tape a whole day to do this. He asked for a list as to which
lots have buildability issues. It is hard to tell where you are; there are no
power lines. He found a large wetland with no flags. He asked for house
locations on the other side of the road so he would know where he is. He
suggested continuing and he will go out with Mr. Grotzke and Mario
IiGregorio.
Mr. Sherman stated when he went in, he found a considerable amount o
dumping. This will have to be cleared up before the Commission issues. It is
a violation.
Public comment:
Robert Kelley, 3 Clover Lane, advised some of his neighbors were not noticed.
