Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> Storm Water Filter Project: Plants are being stored at Curtis Hendrick's <br /> nursery. They should be planted next weekend. Mr. Green volunteered to <br /> help on Saturday, October 1 at :00 a.m. A power auger will be rented. <br /> Chapter 1; A handout was distributed to show the 10A float issue is <br /> clearly the Harbormaster's domain. The portion attached to lard comes <br /> under the Commission's jurisdiction. <br /> Ms Boretos stated Chapter 91 does not speak to the Wetlands Protection Act. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated interpretation of Town Counsel's letter is that we do not <br /> have jurisdiction. <br /> Laffert: Letter received from Cape & Islands requesting a minor project <br /> charge. The Changes are all within the work limit with no consequences. <br /> VOTE: ].Motion made and seconded to permit the minor modification. <br /> Hessler: Request received for minor modification. The pool is being moved <br /> but is still within the original area laid out. A revegettion plan was <br /> submitted. <br /> Ms Boretos stated she spent a great deal of time on this and Mary Leblanc <br /> was to suppler native plants, not ornamental. It was agreed to leave the <br /> request in Ms Boretos hands. <br />
