i <br /> 23 September 1999 <br /> Page 1 . <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to leave the request to Diane Boretos <br /> for discretionary approval of the revised plantings. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> LYNCH: A Certificate of Compliance was requested on the pool. The plan <br /> included vegetation at the bottom of the bank because it needed to be <br /> addressed. The Agent dict not want to release this. They were told to amend <br /> the order for the dock. He did not find it in the narrative. He asked if the <br /> Commission would accept a letter stating that they will not get a Certificate <br /> of Compliance for the dock until they get the planting clone. <br /> VOTE: Motion mnade and seconded that the request be denied until the <br /> planting is clone. Unanimous vote. <br /> Hessler: The pool is being moved but is still within the original area laid <br /> out. Vegetation plan was submitted. <br /> Ms Boretos advised she spent a great deal of time on this and Mary Leblanc <br /> was to suppler native plants, not ornamental. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to leave the natter to Ms Boreto's <br /> discretion for the approval of the revised plantings. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> Laffr : Letter received from Cape & Islands re a project change. They <br /> errant to make the garage shorter, still within the work limit. The <br /> Commission approved the change by letter. <br /> AFCEE: The Agent suggested sending a letter to Representative DeLeo <br /> stating the importance of getting this clone quickly. If there is no vote by <br /> December, the Air Force does not have the money to pay the Torn. No action <br /> was taken. <br /> Town Planner: Memos received: Plans for the trails - they are ready to go <br /> ahead.; Fitch parking lot - round stone was used and people keep sinking M. <br /> Trail package reviewed by Ms Boretos. There is a reed for Soo for a sign for <br /> the Bickerstaffe property. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to move forward. Unanimous vote. <br /> Refuge Center: The proposed area is on Conservation Lard next to South <br /> Cape Resort. A variance would be needed from the state. This is more than <br />
