He <br /> suggested that Mr. Feigenbaum apply because the ramp is bolted at the <br /> landward end to a set of stairs. He recommended negative. He did not feel <br /> the Shellfish warden's opinion could be considered because of Town Counsel's <br /> opinion. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg did not disagree but would like to investigate this further with <br /> Town Counsel. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there may be an appeal and this will be decided on <br /> different level. <br />
