He asked Mr. Lobron to add to the work description the planting of two native shrubs on the north side ofthe shed and take care ofthe cutting by paying the o fine. Mr. Lobron asked if he could have someone shove Dave Consalvi where to put the two shrubs. Mr. Fitzsimmons asked if there was a runoff problem with erosion. Mr. Sherman stated r o, it is flat. Mr. Sherman will discuss siltation fences with Mr. Consalvi. Ms Boretos stated there is a cleared area with some plantings pulled up. NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. 9:95 GERALD WEINER for a Determination of Applicability on a proposal to remove a portion of an existing deck and add an addition to an existing kitchen at 10Tide Run.. Mr. Sherman stated the proposed addition is within the footprint of the proposed deck and recommended approval. Language to be added that four shrubs will be planted on the north side at the Conservation Agent's direction. Public comments. none. VOTE: lotion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous vote. NEGATIVE IVE DETER IINATION. 9:10 wILLOWBEND DEVELOPMENT CORP. to amend the order o Conditions.for S -1452 to eliminate the reconstruction of lined pond arca at willo vbend Golf Course. Peggy Fantozzi was present. This request relates to the order ofConditions that allowed for the filling of fire ponds. Because of the Augt plume, it is ill-advised. Mr. Sherman stated to leave the area alone is a benefit. The Amended order is to delete the requirements to regrade.
