Mr. Sani ki <br /> stated they would maintain the driveway in its existing status and delete the <br /> lower deck. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> MOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 23 September <br /> 1999 at 8:25 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED.' <br /> 7: ROBERT SUTHERLAND to construct and maintain a stairway, pier, <br /> ramp and float in Shoestring Bay at 42 Devon St. Dave sanicki requested a <br /> continuance. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised there were no numbered flags so he did not go out. <br /> There should be a $30 continuance fee. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request o <br /> the applicant to +7 October 1999 at 7:30 p.m. and require a $30 <br /> continuance fee.
